The Faculty at St.John Paul Academy CBSE School broaden the learning experience of every student. They play the role of facilitator and mentor. Be it on sports field, the sphere of publications, quizzes or debates, teachers take an active interest and share a healthy rapport with the students.
Outings with teachers during inter house competitions, picnics and midterm expeditions strengthen and bonds between students and teahcers.
Appropriate educational qualifications, relevant experience, and a rigorous interview process are the selection criteria for our staff body. Teacher training programmes are orginized on campus and staff members also sent to attend and gain from vaious external workshops to ensure that the faculty keeps abreast of the latest developments in the field od edcuations. The school is committed to increasing its teachers developments programmes, but academic and non-acedemic.
